Customisation of an existing wordpress theme

I purchased a membership in [login to view URL] and I downloaded one of their wordpress themes which is very close from the website design which I am looking for. The theme that I downloaded is [login to view URL] The website which I want my website to be similar to is [login to view URL], I don't mean by similar to have "a copy and paste", this website is full of details which I will not need, I mean by similar is to be similar in the overall design. I uploaded the theme to my website and I started to customize it using the wordpress panel as well as the epanel which comes with elegantthemes templates, I can see that working with the panels is easy but I am sure that utilizing an experienced wordpress developer would complete the customization process faster and more professional. What I need from the developer are: 1- Customize a Home page to be similar to [login to view URL] 2- Customize about 4 - 5 webpage templates which I will use in my website and most importantly to be able to duplicate any of these templates to add more pages to my website in the future. What I will provide to the wordpress developer are: 1- An uploaded theme to my website 2- The possibility to change the theme with other themes from [login to view URL] if required 3- My website structure (it will be about 25 pages but only 4-5 templates are required) 4- A link to a similar existing webpage for every webpage of the required 4 - 5 webpage templates
