Custom Wordpress Theme Build

Hello Freelancers! I am looking for someone to help me out with a project. I would like to build a custom wordpress theme that would look and function like this Drupal site: [login to view URL] We have a custom logo and a custom background. The goal is make sure it looks nothing like a blog or typical wordpress site (no author names, dates, or comments), but instead would have a very corporate feel. The landing page has the banner slightly below center, but when you click through to the main content, we would like to see some animation of the main navigation bar sliding up to the top. The main content pages would mostly be static, and should be slightly transparent, allowing a view of the background image from below. Other than homepage, all we would have would be five pages: 1) Who We Are 2) What We Do 3) Our Vision 4) Our Experience 5) Contact. None of these pages would have any advanced functionality apart from #4 "Our Experience," where we would like to have a stylized map off to the left (like this: [login to view URL],1268914532,1/[login to view URL]), where the user could click on different continents to make different content appear to the right. As I said, I have the hosting, the background, the logo, and the content - so this is just a theme build. Thanks for your submissions!!!
