Create wordpress theme

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A BUILD FROM SCRATCH THIS IS A CUSTOMIZE JOB... I need a similar theme like theme called All-in-One the link to the theme is allinonetheme.com. I already have a copy of the theme. The theme must have all the features of the existing theme but only changes will be changed: - Color scheme - More layout options The theme must offer guided wizard to setup essential pages with basic SEO and ability to monetize content by adding affiliate links/ad blocks etc. (Already included with current theme, so its just to remove anything which resembles that of author) Noticed I included HTML5 because I want the theme to be fluid and not device dependent.
