Convert small website to Wordpress

I want to convert my business website at [login to view URL] to a Wordpress site. The site is hosted at Heart Internet on their Home Pro account and you can find the Wordpress and PHP versions they use here [login to view URL]
There's a couple of pages using some off site Coldfusion capability which I can integrate, the main thing for me is to get our content into a format that can be updated by a trained admin person. My intention is that there would be a "news" page using the blogging capabilities of WP.
All the content / images are as per the existing site. The template doesn't have to match exactly, but the design needs to be at least as good, I'm not averse to improvements!
