We require a very small plugin to allow Buddypress site admin users to upload a custom default buddypress group avatar. This should replace the current default avatar that is displayed if a user has not uploaded their own when creating a new group. As with the standard set-up in Buddypress, the default avatar should only be displayed if the has not selected to use their own uploaded avatar when creating or editing a new group.
