Advanced newsletter & user management for Wordpress

For one of my clients I need to integrate the following functionality in a Wordpress website
1) create 2 subscription forms for 2 separate newsletters. One newsletter is for "normal" users and they only need to provide their e-mail address. The other is for business users and they need to provide some more info like businessname, address, etc...
2) The users who subscribe to the business newsletter need to be approved by the site owner before the receive the newsletter. Once approved they also receive an password wich they can use to login to some password protected content on the website.
3) The 2 newsletters are just notifications of new posts on the website. They site owner will mark each post as 'normal' or 'business'. Depending on this choice the users subscribed to the newsletter receive a notification.
