The BSP compiler would take a specified .3ds file, and convert/compile it into a working BSP file of a desired file extension.
The output bsp would need to have all the visual properties the .3ds had including texture, alpha, color, etc. The input .3ds mesh would be relatively simple geometry wise.
A functional and easy to understand GUI.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
I'm not worried about the resale of this product to anyone, so long as it doesnt compromise the integrity/security of files I may have used it to create.
