Counter display in a text box

I have a problem in Visual Studio, more specifically VB.Net

I wish to display a counter in Real Time in a Text box but im unable to, i can only display it once the whole program is run and then the last value is out in.

The code i have is basically:

Do while Count <=100000

Count=Count+1

txtCount.show=Count 'Display in text box

Loop

This should display the value in the text box every time it goes through the loop but it doesnt.

I want to see the numbers scroll up in the box, do i need to pause it or do something else? can anyone help?
