I would like help to convert my Snitz 2000 based user group forum (Access) to the Community Server forum platform (SQL Server). You can see the site at [url removed, login to view] and find documentation for the community server at communityserver.org. There even exists a tool to do this conversion, I just cannot find the time to do this myself.

Tool: [url removed, login to view]

My site at [url removed, login to view] is 100 MB+ and has 20000+ users.

Please give a quote.

My expected deliveries from you is the converted Community Server database uploaded to my website. Don't worry about any existing Snitz modifications - I just want you to convert the core so that I have all existing data (which I think must be the following tables: members, catagories/forums, topics/replies). You don't need to include any custom fields made in my Snitz database over into the new community server database. I would like the new to Community Server database to run as STANDARD as possible.

We will have to plan when to convert over, but price is more important than time to me, as this is a non-profit project.

Added 08/30/05: The only non-standard fields I would like to have moved from Snitz that are not standard in the Community Server is the realname/firstname/lastname fields from the members table.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

I'm moving from my current server to a new server hosted by [url removed, login to view] (Windows Standard package).
