Classified Magazine Design & Ongoing Update/Maintenance

A sample to see someone's capabilities is always good... This is basically a classified magazine. there will be classifieds listing of things that people wanna sell, and here and there advertising. it will be the normal 8.5 by 11 inches, black and white throughout except the very middle spread and the covers (front and back) i am looking for someone to PROFESSIONALLY design it (let me explain no stupid dancing colors all over, simple nice professionally spaced clean design and good information organization), be creative, think about the logo, where to place it, and maintenance: when it's time for that new month or that new 2nd week to update the content, to take from a document that i will provide and insert the content and "make it work" with the layout, etc, etc... I have a specific font in mind for the headers i want a classified magazine, easy to read, with sections for different items (Electronics, Cars, Realestate, etc...) almost like eBay, but quick and cheap and easy to read... BUY a classified paper for inspirationif you need, but showing me a sampe will help especially if it's already ready to be modified (if you done this in the past) Must be ready for long term relationship as the mag will begin being monthly then quickly switch to once every 2 weeks, then weekly.. all within 3 months. I Mtools like msn yahoo, etc are a MUST.
