Blocking of IP by Apache server for too many requests - Allowance per minute

I need to know how many requests my IP is allowed per minute by the Apache server

before getting blocked.

These are two servers (which I think is just one in reality):

I explain why I need this so make it clearer:

I watch single pages for changes on those sites with a webscraper by placing trackers on them.

Sometimes, I can watch up up to 200 hundred different pages - I set the software up

to check every one of those pages let is say about 10 seconds.

This would result in about 200 requests from my IP every minute.

As you can guess, my IP get blocked - for then being allowed to join in

within 24-36 hours...

So just to recap: I need to know the maximum number of times of requests/hits

that those servers will allow my IP (or any other) every minute, so I can adjust the number of requests

accordingly without being blocked.
