A very simple tiny bookmark manager website needed

Hello all, i want a simple tiny website developed from scratch which can handle user bookmarked links (urls), with admin panel from where whole site can be managed i want the site look similar to apple ipod,iphone and blackberry menu with same icons and rounded corners.. the full details are available in links provided below files.. please read and understand it thoroughly and apply only if you can complete full project...keep in mind that the site needs so much graphic use so photoshop mastering is must...
