customize/develop budypress theme for travel site

This is the first time for me to use freelancer. I have used elance previously. My project is for a travel website developed with buddypress. I am almost done with the back-end coding. Now I am looking for someone to customize the buddypress theme for me. You will develop a buddypress theme as a child theme of the bp-default theme, which comes with the most recent version of buddypress (v 1.5.5). key points: 1. My site is a travel site, please conside that when you do the design. 2. Your theme should be a child theme of the bp-default theme. 3. For the homepage, please include an introduction banner, description of key features, most recent activites, group list, member list, etc. Example: [login to view URL] Note: the example only shows what need to be listed on the homepage. Please DO NOT use the design style. 4. Since I don't want members to post blogs, please get rid of all wordpress control panel or login/logout. Only the admin has access to wordpress control panel. Please only keep the buddypress control links, login/logout. ( both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are good examples) 5. My site gives the activity post an optional location. Group also contains location information. So the theme needs to show all locations onto a google map, for the member directory and group directory pages. The google map can be expanded or hidden just like [login to view URL] You need to achieve this with example location table in mysql database. I will then customize it with my live data. For your information, I have purchased the following theme: [login to view URL] Even thought this is a wordpress theme, you can still get some ideas from it. Please let me know if you need this. 6. Please refer to [login to view URL] for activity post design. In the sample, "Neighbor message" corresponds to the activity type of activity post, while "West Houston" corresponds to the location information of the activity post. This is the same as the default filter as in the bp-default theme, but the bp-default theme filters are too ugly, please customize according to the sample. Just like the sample, please add view map, subscribe (should be favorite in buddypress), share on twitter, share on facebook icons on the right of each activity post. You don't need to implement the actual share, or show feature. 7. Member profile and group page should refer to http://alltrails.com. 8. Please customize the theme so that the search and filters are blended well with the theme. Quality guidelines: 1. [login to view URL] 2. Please keep the theme as responsive as possible, as the bp-default is a responsive theme. I need a design in jpg for me to approve before the theme is actually developed.
