create 3 images/logos and integrate in website

hi there, I need someone who can create 3 similar buttons with different background colour as the one found on the members page of my site [login to view URL] (username: margaret, password:margaret), the one that says "click here to earn points". The idea is to have in total 4 buttons that says "click here to earn points" or similar. When my members click in those buttons, they need to be directed to another page with the iframe found in the members page (basically I have 3 offer walls, one after another. each offer wall needs to go with the relevant button, copy and paste the iframes, I guess). I need my members to be able to click in these bright buttons to see each individual "offer walls" that are all together (at the moment) in the same page. I am also looking to improve on the above so I am flexible to ideas, but the buttons need to be appealling and attractive! Also I need to install an aweber form to replace the one in the "registration" page without affecting the functionality (ie: every time I get a new member they receive automatically 10 points). This form needs to either have a captcha or member will need to confirm email before access is granted to the site I need this job done as soon as possible! Good luck bidding!
