209804 Google Maps - zoom & vary icon

Greetings, This is a portion of another project we have out for bid. We are a small non-profit and realized we need to bid only the essentials adn well as our whole wish [login to view URL]'re looking for some basic help integrating Google Maps into our Apache/PHP/Filemaker 9 environment. We have a FileMaker database of people around the world with lon/lat info. We've used a tool from FMWebschool to generate a map at: [login to view URL] It uses a PHP file at [login to view URL] Ideally, you will tell us how to modify this file to accomplish the following: 1) Enhance our code to accept a parameter to vary the icon by data point. We will pass the parameter along with the lon/lat to enable the plot. 2) Limit the highest zoom of the interactive map (so folks cannot zoom in to far to get to absolute physical location). If you know Google Maps API and php (i.e. you've done this before), you should be able to turn this project very quickly. We are looking for what we think is these functions: [login to view URL] I will be doing the actual integration into a web page. If you can tweak the FMwebschool [login to view URL] code linked above that is the most simple approach. We also have a separate request for bid out that includes the above plus clustering and varying the icon size by zoom level (in addition to the parameter passed above). Please check it out.
