Directory-Like website

This will be a directory type website where businesses can post their links for a specific niche. We also would like each category of businesses to be unique such if a person adds their photography business, then they can upload some sample pictures. The website needs to be linked to all social networks. We also want the ability to be able to vote or like or rate these businesses just based on # of people like this and those can show up earlier. We want all the normal search functions. We think the foundation of the website is very basic and has been done before. We just want that type of website for a specific niche with the ability to customize their pages and for other people to vote. More details will follow if you accept. We need a simple but eye pleasing design. This website will not be a enormous database. We need someone who is able to bring our ideas to light and will work well with our team.
