Database Build

We are looking for someone to build a database for our dating events business. The database needs to do standard data collection of members' details etc but also needs to be intelligent enough to recognise when groups have met before (groups of four friends date together in our business model) - so if we get repeat custom the groups meet new people each time. Similarly, if the team changes at all the database needs to understand this and apply suitable matching suggestions - again so people don't pay to meet the same group twice. If a customer leaves and returns with a new group we need this flagged up. We are matching by age, interests and personality traits so need to be able to search by this.
