Custom osCommerce work: checkout page and more.

I need some custom updates done to my osCommerce store. Please note that I use the one page Dynamo Checkout for my checkout page, and I will need updates to this page. For all items mentioned below I will provide samples of how I want it to look/function. Here's what I need: Shipping & coupon codes: I currently use the CCVG (Credit Class & Gift Vocher) module for coupons. I use a few shipping options including the Table method. I need the Table shipping method to use a post coupon code total price, rather than the original total, when deciding what shipping amount to charge. Using the table rate module, I currently offer free Priority Mail shipping in the U.S. for orders of $75 and up. So if someone buys a $75 item they can choose Priority Mail shipping for $0.00. The problem is that if the person were to use a 10% coupon on the $75 item they would still be offered $0.00 shipping even though their total price is now $67.50 ($75 less the 10% coupon). Is there a way to have the Table method calculate shipping based on the $67.50 rather than the $75 original price? I have adjusted [login to view URL] to make a potential customer's cart stay intact longer (a few hours). But I've read that I shouldn't make it go too long (security reasons?). I therefore wanted to see if there was another option where a customer's cart will stay intact 'forever', even if they aren't logged in. Basically, if someone comes to my site and puts an item(s) in their cart, and then leaves, and comes back hours or even days or months later, I'd like their cart to be intact. Perhaps this can be installed: [login to view URL],5390/page,17 Here are several items all regarding [login to view URL]: -- I would like to just have 'Name on card' rather than 2 separate fields for first and last names of the credit card info -- I would like 'card type' to be removed (and figured out 'behind-the-scenes') -- Need better format for 'cart' at bottom of page (add column headers for quantity, name and price) -- I would like the login section to be on the actual [login to view URL] page itself, rather than going to a new page. -- Is it possible to make the password field optional (i.e. if they don't fill it out is has the effect of 'purchase w/o account', and if they do fill it in then they get a normal account')? I see in the [login to view URL] file that I can set create account to false, but that eliminates the password field entirely. I'd like to be able to have it still show the field but make it optional if a customer doesn't want to enter one. For reference my website is blueluxe(dot)com
