Curl Based PHP Developer

I need a webpage Fix. This creates the any number of email addresses and once the emails are ready, the user is able to select the Ads from the bottom of the form. the selected Ads will be posted to other website through the email addresses created. I need this fix on urgent basis. Only developers that are ready to work and are effective in communication are welcome to apply.
