Creations of a Real Estate / Auction website with CMS, E-mail, simple "CRM"

Introduction: We need a website wich will connect skilled people with people with demands. This website should provide a platform for private people to place a project like painting a house and where skilled / professional people can see the projects where they are interested in and decide if they want to do an offer to this person. In detail The website should contain a full CMS with some kind of subscription option for the skilled / professional people. Like subscriptions per year. It also should contain features like sending newsletters, suggestion box ( if people want to suggest an improvement ), mail system wich will send e-mails to the skilled / professional people if it match there wishes or region and it should send confirmations to all people with updates, like if someone has responds to a project. Just to give you a reference website, this website does something like this: [login to view URL] Simple, clear and effective and this is what my customers also wants to accomplish. The page "Hoe het werkt" wich means how it works contains several things: Simple explanation how a person can place a project. In the bottom some options where you can create a project and search the database for skilled / professional people. This database is filled by skilled / professional people wich will have a subscription to this site. The page "Opdrachten plaatsen" wich means Create a project": Step 1, 2 and 3 will guide the person to create a project. If this is the first project you are placing then the wish would be to send an e-mail with a confirmation link wich will create an account. Page "Voor vakmannen" wich means For Skilled / Professionals The Skilled / Professional people need a subscription on this website to place a reply on a project. So someone placed a project of painting there house. A skilled / professional could place a reply that he or she is interested, but this should only be possible to people with a subscription These are the the most important parts of the website. The parties wich are using this website are: Private people who wants to place a project to get a job done Professionals wich have the skill to do a job My customer and i wich will manage the site Things wich are needed for the Private people - Option to login to watch there profile and see a summary - Subpage wich will contain all the projects this person has placed in the past and the option to Edi, Change, Add reference, see offers and messages wich are belonging to this project. Every project should have a date when it is started and how long it is valid ( default 30 days ) When you click on the name of the project you will be guided to a new page where you see the project name, the time when the project expires, estimated price and if no offer has been placed, it is empty. Beneath this you will see all the offers devided by name and amount and the option to click on the name of the Professional the see information of this person / company. And you will have the option to send a private message. Beneath all these projects you would have placed there is a random selection of professionals wich have a subscription. Something like free publicity. - Subpage wich will contain information about references placed. Example if a professional has finished his job, you can leave him a recommendation on this page wich will also be shown on the information page of the professional. - Subpage wich will contain My Favorites You should be able to add Professionals to a Favorit list so you can easily find them and ask them again in the future if you have another project. - Subpage wich will contain My Profile This page should contain a complete overview of all required information of the person and the option to subscribe to the newsletter - Subpage wich will contain the option to Reset password I will add more information in the next reply.....
