Create website for a photographer

Create a website with the following design. [login to view URL] Pics should be shown besides each other with the following algorithm : [login to view URL],or.r_qf.&bvm=bv.43287494,d.ZGU&fp=b70daee6a377e5d2&biw=2560&bih=1315 The website will have 4 subsections, shown above, with the possibility to adding more sections without copy pasting entire HTML pages, but with just the addition of a line to one of the files. Pictures height will be 533 pixels. I will send the various pictures (that can have very variable height / width ratios) JQuery can be used. PHP Too. Flash can't.
