I am in need of someone to help create a complex website for me from scratch. The project includes everything from the template design right through to the software needed to power the site. I'm thinking of using either Joomla or Drupal as the platform, but basically its a fashion website whereby registered users (primarily young girls) will be able to upload photos of themselves wearing a particular piece of clothing. Once the photo is uploaded the user must enter various details about the outfit, shop purchased, brand, style, the event they'll be wearing it too. etc. Others users are then able to search by event, dress, brand and see the photos and users associated with each parameter. When an event is selected there is to be a comment section whereby users can leave comments regarding the event. Also the system must be able to provide several notifications to the users, regarding the details they have entered. i.e other people attending the event and other like notifications. The website will be similar in functionality to [login to view URL] however is a slightly different concept. This will be a complex project involving all areas of setting up a new website, and may require modification or the use of extensions to the platform chosen. I am open to platform suggestions, so long as they meet my needs.
