Copywritng Website

Hi, We are looking to develop a copywriting website further to include greater user functionality. The website will need to include all the functions available to clients and writer on [login to view URL] or www.hirewriters.com. Clients must be able to post their copywriting requirements via a client login, which can then we searched by writers who also have a login. Writers should then be able to accept writing jobs, send the finished work as a proof to the client (without the client being able to download it), then once approved the client can then accept the job and the writer is then paid. A percentage of the job will then be sent to use as the administrator. We would prefer it if this could be built in wordpress (as we understand this CMS), but are open to other alternatives. The website needs to keep record of all transactions. You will need to have a high level of skills in web design and development. You must be able to show previous projects and have a good understanding of web standards and SEO requirements.
