Convert oscommerce template to magento store

I have an empty oscommerce template that I would like to convert to a Magento store. The template design is [login to view URL] #11856 or #21769. The design does not have to mirror the original, but I would like a very similar design and store elements of a basic store. I want to be able to integrate this design into a new website, so hopefully it will allow me to create blank pages that I can add content to that is not store-related. The store is empty, so it would not require a database conversion for products or customers, just a couple of sample products and customers so I can figure out what goes where. I would need a professional install and test of the site to ensure that it works properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
