Convert existing basic website into Wordpress (9 Pages)

I have an existing website created on a free website design site (webeden) which I would like converted into a Wordpress version to allow me to manage the site directly. You will be required to:-
1. Find a suitable clean, professional style Wordpress template (Submitted to me for approval)
2. Create the site in it's entirety from the default fresh install using the existing content provided
3. Place images provided by me (Existing site has example images as placeholders)
4. Install SEO plugin
5. Allow for one round of snagging / alterations as advised by me
6. Provide examples of previous work prior to starting the contract
7. Ensure that the site works correctly
The site consists of nine pages, one being a blog/news page, the rest are static. It is a website showcasing a service I provide to the construction industry in the UK.
Just to summarise, I have all the content, a rough layout, domain and hosting with fresh Wordpress install. You will be given Wordpress back end access but cPanel access will be at my discretion.
