Convert a Template to a Website

I have a Wordpress template that I want to be converted into a website. You will have to: - Build a Client Login for the website - Build a Client Account where the Client can see the items he has with my company (he will not be buying on the site, the items are created and introduced in the clients account by Admin)(All the buying is done classic, in person, but the account will show the client what he has purchased, just like a list)..... so nothing complicated. - Build a Admin Panel for the admin team to use - Admin Panel will allow admin staff to Create & Delete & Modify client accounts. MY FIXED BUDGET IS: $600 ------------------------------------- DELIVERY OF WORK: by or on the 6th of October ------------------------------------- IMPORTANT: I need a developer or a team that can deliver QUALITY WORK, the website has to function with NO ERRORS.
