We have a .zip file of code that needs to be changed to anticipate different languages. The files are css based code and need to be adjusted so content flows from right to left vs the normal left to right. I have attached the files for further review. We are going to select a programmer in the next 24 hours for this project in order to ensure quick turn around time. We have a set time frame of the 16th for finishing the project completely including client revisions. Client relay: " all four sections are flat html files with css. We have included the DIR tag already but we will need the design to mirror what it is currently. All the floats will have to be switched around. "
