College Management System

Hi All, This project will be basic guidance. We have enough resource to work on a Management Portal for College. All we need is a good php programmers guidance in going through the project. Basically the bidders job would be to assist as with suggestions and ideas and if possible little work. If your idea and suggestion are just too excellent you will have oppturnity to work on the entire project and funds will be raised accordingly.
