Clone =fairly small website

I need someone or a team that can create an website that has the following. 1. Clone from 2 different website and put them into 1 with a little difference. The format will be the same some the desaign annd layout will be different. I have all the layout planned out already. 2. And a php blog at the end. Open source will be ok. Please read and then bid. Do not bid unless you r serious. I am looking to spend about 200-300 dollars. I will pay accordingly and on time but you need to finish it the way i want it. Please ask me if you have more questions.
