Changes to existing oscommerce site

Site currently exists with logos etc in place. Couple of contributions installed such as paypal ipn, professional invoices and easy meta tags 1. Existing oscommerce site has catalog installed in the default directory. Want a new landing/home page created (with some graphics, outline will be provided) and put in place, then link into catalog from the home page. 2. Install a rewards/loyalty contribution, discounts to vary depending on $ spent per account over a period of time with no admin intervention required for normal operation 3. Install a discount coupon contribution, coupon codes to have an expiry date and can only be used once per account. 4. Currently product images appear in shopping cart, change this to be product description. 5. Rectify email problem, emails work for contact us page but don't work for password reset request or order placement acknowledgement. 6. Set admin area to use SSL, SSL cert already installed for site 7. Create 3 new images for use on site. 8. Want to have a blog, linked from the home page, ideally hosted on the site. 9. SEO, so the site is recognised by search engines much better than currently. May need to edit the existing stylesheet.
