I am looking for developer and designers to develop a website similar to freelancer.com
The website design should be elegant and nice. I am thinking of using bootstrap for designing and php for website development.
The user will post project and developers will bid on the project. The user will select the developer and will Pay the full amount + commission to us. The money will be kept as escrow. After, the developer complete the task and user is satisfied he can release the money. If he is not satisfied then he can file a dispute.
The users can sent message to each other. Also, there will be a chat facility where users can contact with developers can contact with each other and vice verse.
