Build a site

Hi to All, I want to creat a site where university fellows post their ideas, home assignments and other students talk on that assignments using posts, comments. The website must have a chat enviornment where students can chat with eachother. Every person can customize his profile. In short, I want a website like [login to view URL] but the content, theme, templete should be different. The listed things must be in my site: Chat (as FaceBook) Every one comments,Like,promote,Unlike post of other student. Every Student can creat a post. just regular student of the university sign up. No other. On each post, the person will get some points . Then these points will convert in to stars. and These stars will mention up on the student display picture. I can bann some users. user can edit his post. and user can customize his page. and many more like this.
