Build a few pages around a phpbb forum.

I have the domain and hosting for [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin]. I want a website with a site side and a forum side but integrated login and features. I have already uploaded phpbb forum to the site so I need someone to to build 3-5 pages for the site side of the website, extending as much of phpbb features to the sites pages. The website is basically a sweepstakes directory, to get an idea visit [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin]. You will not have to enter the sweepstakes onto into the website, rather the website will have an add a sweepstakes feature. I have attached 2 images and an additional information document that explains exactly what i am looking for but I will briefely explain below. The first page that I need is the greetings page. [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin] This page will need to contain an animated logo similar to what is already uploaded to supersweepstakes.net. Under the logo will be login features and become a member button, and under that the user can either click one of 2 buttons Site or Forum. If the user clicks site, they are taken to the site homepage. If the user click forum, they are taken to the forum homepage. Site homepage - the site homepage will allow users to search, like/dislike, submit, sort through, and create a favorites list of sweepstakes, contests, and giveaways. Please see the the attached file, I have explained each part of this page in detail. Third and most important, I need someone who is artisitc with webdesign. The look of the site needs to interest users. I like the look of a good flash site but would rather have a Super SEO friendly site for good search engine results. Upgrade my current site logo with something animated and more attractive, design the site pages and a matching phpbb style around the style of the logo (Black and Gold Theme). If possible I would like the site pages to be dedicated to the forum. Ex. If I want to have multiple forum styles, the pages will automatically follow the color changes of whatever style I may apply so that the site still matches. This is not a must but I would like to change themes of the whole site during holidays by simply creating a new style and applying. For the full idea of the project please see the attached files. I do not want to spend more than $500 right now so if its just impossible to do the whole project for that price then please tell me how much of the project you can complete for my price. I am looking for someone who could work on this project in there spare time. I know my price is a little low but I dont mind the project taking as much as 3-4 months. You will have access to whatever you need to work at your own pace. I will moniter the site daily and provide you feedback as the project goes along. I am also willing to give you credit for the website build. EX: Clickable link at the bottom of the website to your portfolio, "Excluding Greetings Page" such as : Created by: Your Name . User that like the site will know who did it. Hopefully viewing your portfolio and requesting more work from you. Guaranteed for 1 year after site completion. I will probably leave on the site indefinitely but will have the option to remove it after one year. Im sure once the site gets started I will want to make more changes and if you do good work, I will pay you more to be my "site maintenance guy".
