I have a PSD I need converted to HTML. This is pretty basic but the one thing I need is the ability to embed a PDF within the page. I have a desire to maintain the aesthetic w/in the PSD file so it would be ideal for the PDF to be scaled to fit within the page. I need the html page to be responsive in so much that it expands as needed to accommodate the full width of the page (the PDF window should increase in width). I do not need the form to be coded as I have a Salesforce developer connecting this to my CRM. The one thing I do need though is a small pop-up which I've commented on within the following spec: [login to view URL] I'm looking to have this completed within the next 3-4 days. Please provide a flat-rate quote with an ETA.
