Build a Website with database

Project Description: It is a customized CMS database (responsive) which is almost 80% complete, but I need help with below mentioned points. Evaluate the current database from User and Technical perspective Gap Analysis – Find gaps and weak links in current website (database) from user and technical perspective User Testing – To identify enhancement options to ensure it meets Google quality standards Provide a gap analysis report per above mentioned points Provide and implement complete solutions per gap analysis report to cover gaps and weak links in the database and design Coordinate with my current designer to ensure new design (HTML files) is implemented and executed properly with database (website is being redesigned) Note: My database is on my previous developer server so you should be able to move to your server for customization In short, I want someone who can use his/her technical/user experience to make this website a state of the art by providing valuable suggestions, out of the box thinking and implement discussed solutions to cover gaps. Sorry, I just had a bad experience with my previous developer and I had to do most of his work because of which I have clearly listed all my requirements in advance. Important: Developer should be open to have a verbal discussion (English or Hindi) to discuss the gap analysis and solutions at least weekly with me and provide regular update on progress.
