I have seen a nice and simple Facebook app to allow people to enter competitions like this: [login to view URL] I'd like to have a similar app to this built where the components are: 1. Landing / Splash page banner with 'Enter to Win' button 2. Competition Entry Page with form fields for Name and Email address and a checkbox for 'agreeing to terms and conditions.' 3. Submit action records data name and email address 4. Entry confirmation page will give the entrant the opportunity to tell their friends and gain an additional 10 entries into the draw if their friend also enters (no additional entries allocated just for sharing.) 5. Winners are drawn via a URL Eg: [login to view URL] which displays: - The winners name and email address. -The total number of entries today - The total number of entries in total - The winner selection should take into account any additional entries the participant has earned by referring friends. Each time the page is refreshed, a new winners name and email address should be displayed. This is needed because on occasion I would give away daily prizes also. If someone wins a daily prize, they should still remain in the database as a potential winner 6. It should be possible to download a list of entrants Name and Email Address via csv. You'll be responsible for building the functionality of the app. The splash page should be easily changeable via an upload image function. Use the example link for dimension specs.
