Build and Design a Website with Lead Capture Pages

We need a website designed including logo and graphics for a demographic of senior citizens. We will provide other examples within the industry just for idea purposes because we need a unique and original design for our website. Included in this project requirements are: - Design work needed: Logo, Graphics, color scheme, and layout (we will provide some ideas but you will have some freedom as well) - 7 separate forms that need to link to our database (our server uses PHP and MySQL so most of the site can just be HTML and the form processing in PHP) - The forms need proper validation and captcha. (if you do not have the ability to do this please DO NOT bid) - The forms also need to be built within our website and not using a 3rd party form processing service. - We have some content, but it will need to be re-written to pass copyscape and we will need some additional content written as well. This is a time sensitive project and needs to be done as quickly as possible so please put as accurate a completion time as you possibly can in your bid.
