Booking system - CMS or HTML fine - pay via paypal

Hi, I need help to find a plugin for current wordpress theme. Car parking system needs to be flexible – for automatic and manual booking and with auto calculation of cost based on days stayed in car park. I can do all the design, and tweak the css - i just need a working plugin or back end system. User submits dates, and gets total based on that stay ($5 one night, $20 a week, $35 two weeks), it should check if available spaces left, and then checkout with paypal. There will be two, possible three options for add-ons to their stay. Such as courier service, car wash. These will be added to total. No log in or register preferred, the user will just type name, address, phone, car reg and pay by paypal. Please if you could help i'm looking for 5 day fix here. I do not care whether it is adapted or custom build. for backed if it could do the following: 1. view booking list 2. view a booking detials from number #1 3. delete/edit a booking 4. add/delete/edit admin 5. cancel a book (with automated refund via paypal if a checkbox is checked) 6. barcode scan page I am happy to work with hired freelancer and will be available to liase with at all points.
