Baby Names Website

Baby names web site to be built from scratch. NO TEMPLATES. All CSS W3C Strict compliant (no tables) The site should consist of the following: 1) a basic search of one field 2) an advanced search of multiple fields 3) Lists (Lists of names by origin) 4) Tips 5) Articles (there should be some type of archive for this and there should also be x amount of articles on the front page and so many characters per articles and then a ... to read further. 6) Each name searched is logged and 'counted' for the day/month/year/eternity with only one IP address every x amount of hours counting towards the total 7) Poll (this is a random name and what people think of the name... this can be a ****** system or a numerical system) 8) Top names (the top names of the day are displayed here...) 9) Popular names (popularity of names are listed here (most popular for 2008/2007/2006... 2000/1990/1980...) 10) Marketplace (Amazon widgets would work fine here 11) Charts... on the page that shows the name information there will be a chart showing it's popularity over the last 100 years. Proficiency in CSS is an absolute must. There must be room for advertising (normal 728/160/320 banners). AJAX would be a huge plus.
