Adult Social network/Webcam website

Tablet style, windows 8 style etc. The website is to work on the basis of a webcam website, where the user pays through tokens to view webcams much like 'myfreecams' if you are familar. But with a very updated modern feel and structure like instagram, facebook etc. And also a fully working social side, wheres users can follow, have profiles etc like a real social network. Floating Bar, high quality coding, webcam fully working, message/follow system, pay system, client login, webcam girls login etc. I will also need an APP for the android and apple marketplaces too.
