customized listbox control needed

What I need is a listbox control that is similar to the one that comes with VB except for the following things.
1. add an optional parameter to the method additem called tag. If the information is put in there, that information would be hidden for the user but would be used so it would be easy for the programmer to keep track of the data in there. If the sort is set to true, then the tag information must match the data that corresponds to it.
2. add another property called disableclick. If set to true, then the user can scroll the listbox. If they try to click the option, the option would not show. For example, if the option selected was the first one on the list and they selected the second, one, it would not show the second one as selected because that was disabled.
3. if removing an item, it would remove the tag as well
4. have the ability to call the tag information and set the tag information as well.
The control needs to be created in VB. Let me know if you have any questions.

The compiled listbox ocx and the source code for the control. Need an icon that looks similar to the one that came with VB as well.
