I am requesting bids on a VB application that is in 3 parts. One, a GUI that will allow a user to build and "wire" a flowchart type graphic that will create a list of controls selected and connected and pass that list to second part. This part will be essentially a notepad type program and open a set of text files or create a new text file as directed by the user to create a master output file. This master output file will be in c. A second output file will be a collection of word documents strung together to make a unique text document that is a description of the controls selected in the first part. The third part of the application is the set of controls written in c and the accompanying documentation files written as word documents. What I am asking for is very similar to the program at [login to view URL] or national instruments "labview" but written with different types of modules and the output is in c. I realize that it is hard to get a description from this overview, but more information will be available to respondents. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4)A functional help system that I can amend with information about modules. 5)The above code is assumed minus the actual controls or modules which I will write or wil bid out seperate. There must be a minimum of three test modules for check out purposes. These modules must carry a .c section and a .doc section and successfully write out in the prescribed form. ## Platform Windows 95,NT or later versions. Size and storage requirements are TBD.
