I have logic in Excel that specifies a series of binary choices for a respondent, each of which is dependent on the previous choice. The choices will be in the form of this example:
Choice A) 100,000 for certain ? vs. Choice B) 50% chance of 200,000 and 50% chance of zero.?
The amounts and probabilities will vary in each question according to the logic I have specified in Excel.?
I would like to have a program that takes this logic, which I will provide, and?
1) selects a set of choices (which will live all on one row) at random without replacement from a subset of choices, each of which is in a separate row in the excel spreadsheet.?
2) displays pie charts with the specified values in them, and gives the user the ability to choose A or B with a mouse click, then confirm their choice.
3) Puts the choice into the appropriate field in Excel
4) Moves to the next value specified in the row, and displays the appropriate pie charts as described in steps 2-3. Repeats this 5 times
5) starts again at 1)
6) Repeats 1-5 for the set of questions (<30 total)
7) Allows for saving and collecting the responses that are given.?
I will want to run this program in a Windows environment. Specifically, using Office 2007 on Windows XP or Windows 7, on a Mac with Parallels. I expect VB would be the vehicle of choice for this, but am open to suggestions.?
Thanks,?
Mike?

Hello,
The Excel sheet contains a slightly more detailed spec starting in cell I3.?
The pdf contains an example of what the screens could look like (although with English instead of French).
