Database Calendar

Create a link from Access database to Outlook calendar. Query or table containing client, location, start date and number of days (to create end date) and show the results in an Outlook calendar. I need to be able to "drag and drop" in the calendar and have the database changed to the resulting start date. By dragging and dropping I mean I want to use the Outlook calendar to reschedule by dragging the bar icon to a new date and have that new date revert back to the database. For example: In the database, Client Jones has a start date of 12/16/02 and lasts for 2 days, show this information in the Outlook calendar. Then something happens and I need to change the start date to 12/18/02 using the Outlook calendar's drag and drop capability (because it is easier to visualize an opening in the schedule in this format), then I want the start date of 12/16/02 in the database to be changed to 12/18/02 consistent with the calendar. Schedule changes are made by only 2 people who are using Outlook. The original information is put into Access by several users who are creating the work orders which include all pertinent date and the estimated start date. So changes might be made to the date in Access database as well as in Outlook. Also new workorders are entered into Access every day. It is very difficult to schedule 50 or 60 jobs, considering available resiources(installers), using the database alone. I am trying to make it easier to see who needs to go to which job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP, Access 2002, Outlook 2002
