Convert Access MDB Application to MySQL / VisualBasic

I have a Access Database that I need converted to Visual Basic / MySQL. I have seen some tools on the market that can do this, however, I am not prepared to pay that price for them. The most I am prepared to pay for this project is 200US dollars. The work must be completed with in 14 days, so don't bid if you can't finish it in this timeframe. Do not bid if you have a 0 rating, do not bid if you have a large arbitration history. Do not bid if you don't know how to delete everything after you have done it. This project cannot be released, those found to be doing otherwise will be prosecuted. The project contains more then 300 forms and around 40 macros. You need to convert this to a ready to run VB6 code. You must be able to debug this in full. And release all code and a ready to run copy to me. I must be able to specify a location of the MySQL server. If you have bought the tool that I am seeking, but don't want to spend the 249.95 US on, then I can open a new bid for you to just convert this. So please place a bid on this, and tell me you have the tool, I will open a new bid for you based on this at around the same price. The application is a QB/MYOB style accounting system,. without the overheads on such an application. If you are unsure of anything, I will answer most comments almost immediately. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. a) You must delete all code from your computer including what I provide to you. You cannot retain any part of this project or code, and use it for your own benefit, or that of anyone else. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be ready to run on Visual Basic 6 and use MySQL.
