Develop recruitment portal

A friend has developed for me a recruitment portal [[login to view URL]][1] he has completed 90% of the functionality however has not been able to complete as he has now accepted a permanent position with a new company and is therefore as part of his contractual agreement not allowed to continue on projects outside of his company. I require amendments to the coding such as offering the recruitment service for free, clients currently have to pay to advertise roles, there are also errors when candidates register on the site to upload their CVS to apply for roles and also other little errors when accessing the CV database search. Looking for someone to work with for immediate errors and development but also on a continued basis to develop the site further. Site is developed in PHP
