I own a real estate company and need a simple autodialer program so that I can record a message and then dial a list of phone numbers and play the message when they answer or when the answering machine answers. It might be convenient to be able to import an Excel list of phone numbers, but I would be satisifed with just typing the list into the program.
I have tried so many similar programs on the net and either they are too buggy or far too complex and thus way to expensive. I will also give $25 off the bat if anyone could just point me to a good quality dialer that I could try out to ensure it'll work (has a trial version) or is freeware.
A clean, simple interface is fine as I will just be using it personally. I'd like to just press a "Start" button and have it go through the whole list until it reaches the end. I have a Voice Modem that works just fine with all the other similar program I've tried, so I'd assume thats how you would do this. (It sure doesn't matter to me though, as long as it works.)

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
