Create a sitemap in xml and xls

Two tasks: 1) I need a full sitemap of http://www.averde.de. it should be around 9.500 pages. The page moves to https immediately. That is fine The session ID needs to be removed 2) also, I need the result and some crawling results in an Excel sheet.
