Automate Authentication & Enrollment in Moodle 2.0

I need someone who has in-depth knowledge of Moodle 2.0. Freelancers must have extensive experience setting up auto-registration and auto-enrollment in Moodle 2.0, and must have Moodle-specific references. I need to automate authentication (account creation) and enrollment into Moodle 2.0. The project details are in the attachment, and I am thinking that this project should not take more than 2-4 hours for someone who has already done this before. There are no milestone payments, and payment will only be made for the successful completion of this project. I prefer to make the changes to my actual site, but I will give you access if needed. I am also available via Yahoo Messenger. The selected Freelancer will need to let me know that plan to complete that project, upon winning this contract.
