Apache log access error, Install MyDBR, FTP or Acronis Plesk backup

We are using a Plesk Panel on Godaddy Linux, PHP, MySQL environment

Three tasks:

1) one hour's work

We are getting the following error when using SSH trying to access Apache log folder:

Error Listing /var/log/httpd

Permission Denied

Error Code 3

Error message from Server: Permission Denied

Request Code: 11

We are using the correct credentials.

2) - two hours work

Need some one to setup the Plesk FTP backup of our server or cloning using Acronis to another hosting server to run daily. Test. Provide us with fundamentals of the setup.

3) - one hour's work

Setup MyDBR on our live website
